SS-250SU is a 250W 1U Flex ATX power supply that suits a wide range of applications, particularly 1U rackmount server applications.
Produced by Seasonic, SS-250SU provides good solid power to attached systems. Highly reliable, every unit undergoes 100% burn-in testing, including temperature cycle testing after production to ensure reliability. SS-250SU is efficient, with 80plus bronze certification delivery over 85% efficiency at typical loads. Built-in short circuit protection ensures the power supply will continue to operate after a short circuit on the output, meaning that if attached equipment does fail and shorts out, SS-250SU will shut down to protect itself and further more minimise the damage by not continuing to provide power to the attached device. Stability is also maintained with under voltage and over voltage protection. Furthermore over power protection circuitry ensures that should an attached load become too great and beyond the specifications of the power supply it will shut down to protect itself.
