Based in Stoke-on-Trent PD Components have over 25 years experience in research development and we offer a wide range of design service which can reduce production cost and lead times.

Our expertise lies with industrial design and practical engineering using the latest techniques and materials to provide solutions designed specifically for manufacturing to the proposed volumes.

We work closely with a variety of industries to provide a range of services and component manufacture including Bespoke Design, Handmade Prototypes, Castings, Extrusions, Mouldings, Pressings, Sheet Metal and Sub Assembly.

We can provide your business with prototypes using both rapid prototyping and traditional modelmaking. Our preference is to provide structural models using high speed CNC machining using solid materials. This way the materials we use will be as close to the production item as possible.

We can make any production process viable within a competitive pricing structure, as we have direct links with China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Europe and of course the UK. Our factories are carefully selected with a full screening process covering performance and strict quality criteria. We aim to offer the highest quality, shortest lead time possible with delivery to any destination in the world as required.
