Deisgned to ISO 13628 (API 17D) and ISO 10423 (API 6A) and other standards as required, our sub-sea swivels are in use at depths of 3000m.

Applications can be reviewed by DNV or ABS etc as required.

Applications up to 1379 Bar (20,000 PSI) using our high pressure design.

Lower pressure designs based on our SK Series Swivel Joints.

About us

Based in Whaley Bridge, High Peak, Rotaflow FV Ltd are specialist manufactures of Flexible Couplings, Rotary Joints, Swivel Joints and Loading Arms  - used to transfer fluid to a moving container from a static point both under pressure and without leakage.

Rotaflow Swivel Joints and Rotary Joints are robust and durable pipe fittings giving 360° movement and providing unrestricted flow through a clear bore.

The strong bearing area of both ball bearings and needle rollers is complimented with a choice of sealing materials for maximum application compatibility.  This design has been in production since 1982 and is adapted for single or multiple flows within many processing sectors - from the Food Industry to Civil Engineering.

Apart from Loading Arm assemblies, swivel joints will provide the movement on a slowly rotating drum or remove the damaging effect of twisting on hoses.  Rotaflow manufacture at Whaley Bridge in both carbon steel and 316 stainless steel with “specials” in any grade of metal to suit customer specification - range of sizes from ¼” to 24” nominal bore.
