Topographical Surveys
Using the very latest and calibrated Leica Instrumentation, surveys are carried out using EDM and ER modes allowing us to survey points where no access is possible (up to 300 metres) together with ridge and eaves level of surrounding buildings as well as those on site.
GPS Surveys
GPS surveys are suitable for large site surveys offering a quick and effective solutions to help coordinate points for local and national grid which can be used for floor risk assessment or for inserting
data onto ordnance survey plans. SJ Geomatics © are licensed to download and copy OS data inhouse and issue drawings to clients.
Measured Building Surveys
Measured Building Surveys are increasingly becoming an important part of the building planning process. Using the very latest surveying software, we can issue very accurate floor plans, elevations
and sections whatever size, shape or age of the property. With a combination of PC Tablets, reflectorless instrumentation, Bluetooth Distos & Latimer CAD Theo LT software, SJ Geomatics can guarantee a surveying service that will not only be extremely accurate but also easy on the eye.

GPR/RFL Underground Detection
SJ Geomatics use state-of-the-art surveying equipment with multi directional scanning to trace underground services, ensuring the best results possible to our clients. We have the ability to trace all underground services in real time, showing lines of manhole runs electric pipes, gas pipes, cable tv and water pipes with depths shown. Underground services can be marked out on site and accurately plotted onto drawings giving clients the confidence to proceed with a project without any issues.
