We’re delighted to have won the Direct Commerce award for 'Best Business to Business Performance' in the Industrial, Technology & Warehouse Supplies category again this year - and it’s thanks to the hard work of the team at Watco and 9xb, our web development partners.

This year’s award was achieved not just because of the online growth we’ve seen but because of the work we’ve done throughout the year to continually improve our website and make sure it’s doing its job to help customers search our catalogue, find and buy what they need. We did our research and based on what our customers told us, we made some changes including:
Better search – to help serve up the most useful results whether that’s product, technical information or general help and advice
Easier ways to compare products – with such a wide range of products, our product comparison feature makes it easy to select and compare products, side-by-side
More ways to get in touch – introducing virtual site visits and appointments so customers can get the advice they need no matter where they are
Behind the scenes work – that means our website works faster whether you're on a desktop, laptop or mobile phone
But we won’t stop there. We have more plans in the pipeline to make sure our customers’ experiences on our website are excellent – and we’ll keep improving and providing new services to help with that.
