Bell Integration and Havant Rugby Football Club Raise £1,068 for Family Action

On Saturday 3rd Feb, Havant Rugby Club very generously used their annual Ladies Lunch to fundraise for Family Action.
The Ladies Lunch is a firm favourite in the calendar at the club and celebrates the achievements of women involved with the club and rugby in general.Support from both the Bell Integration and Hamilton Rentals business units, in the form of a bumper selection of raffle prizes – an iPad and various gift vouchers for lucky winners, helped us to see a total raised of over one thousand pounds – not a small feat in the current economic climate.
On the pitch, the Havant 1st XV Men took on the London Welsh in what was described as a game ‘not for the faint hearted’, well-fought and persistence from the Havant team saw them achieve a 32 – 25 win, the full match report can be found here.
Havant RFC Club President Jonny Mangell presented John Davenport, Bell Integration Sales Director with the cheque on behalf of Family Action, during a recent club visit.
