Major Lift Refurbishments with Stannah

Stannah Lift Services carry out major lift refurbishment work throughout the UK. Each project is managed locally from one of eleven Stannah nationwide branches, and supported by Stannah’s specialist national Operations Support Group
This team consists of experts in Health & Safety, Construction, Design, Manufacture, Technical Training, Installation and Maintenance.
Every major refurbishment project is locally managed from start to finish, with Stannah often taking on the role of Principle Contractor. Typical projects may include the removal of existing lifts, repair of lift shaft, replacement or refurbishment of machine room equipment, installation of new lift car and all associated building work.
Stannah Lift Services provide be-spoke solutions to refurbishment, tailoring their installations to the individual needs of each project; their highly trained engineers regularly replace and maintain most types of lifts from all manufacturers.
Recent projects include modernising lifts at a diverse range of locations across the UK including main line railway stations, hotels, public buildings, offices and flats.
Major refurbishments of lifts are implemented for a variety of reasons; meeting new Health & Safety regulations; upgrading lifts to meet new regulations; increasing capacity of lifts or simply replacing old equipment.
Stannah will advise on all aspects of Health & Safety, the latest legislation and the responsibilities of lift owners/managers ensuring the absolute safety of every lift user
