Stannah strengthens national Maintenance and Repair capability with two strategic appointments

Stannah Lifts Distribution and Service (LD&S) has reinforced its Maintenance and Repair (M&R) leadership team with two strategic appointments: Diogo Martinho as Brackley Branch Manager and Aaron Emmerson returning as Branch Service Manager for Gateshead. These appointments reflect Stannah’s continued investment in strengthening its commercial operations and delivering market‑leading service across the UK.

Diogo Martinho appointed Brackley Branch Manager

Diogo steps into the Branch Manager role following his position as Field Service Manager for Brackley. With over a decade of hands‑on engineering experience and a strong track record in operational delivery, Diogo is well‑placed to drive performance and support commercial growth in one of Stannah’s key regions.

Diogo said: “I’m delighted to step into the role of Brackley Branch Manager and look forward to continuing to support operations at the branch, helping to make a real difference for customers.”

Julie Dutton, Regional Manager for the South, added: “Diogo’s technical capability and people‑centred leadership will further strengthen the branch. His insight and operational experience will help us continue building on Brackley’s strong commercial performance and outstanding customer service.”

Aaron Emmerson returns as Gateshead Branch Manager

Stannah also welcomes the return of Aaron Emmerson, who rejoins the business as Branch Service Manager for Gateshead. Having previously worked as a Technical Sales Consultant, Aaron brings a strong blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen and customer‑focused experience that will support service performance and business growth.

Aaron commented: “I’m excited to be working for Stannah again and I’m confident that my technical and sales background will be beneficial in my new role.”

Andy Miller, Regional Manager for the North, commented: “Aaron’s experience across national contracts and sales will be a great asset to the Gateshead branch. His commercial mindset and leadership capability will support our continued focus on delivering high‑quality service for customers across the region.”

Aaron succeeds Craig Wrightson, who has moved into the role of Network Rail Department Manager within Stannah’s Major Projects Division, highlighting the strength and progression within Stannah’s leadership pipeline.

With regional teams managing over 90,000 lift assets nationwide, Stannah’s ongoing investment in leadership ensures it remains a trusted partner for customers seeking reliable, high‑quality maintenance and repair services. These appointments further strengthen the company’s commercial capability and reinforce its commitment to delivering exceptional local service backed by national scale.
