From start to finish it was a great experience. I had loads of questions about which climbing frame I should buy and Marianela was most helpful. Instead of dealing with a faceless company I had the impression I was just dealing with Marianela, which made for a most personal experience. Now that my climbing frame has been delivered and built, it looks great - Henry did a super job building it and he was a pleasant fellow. I would happy recommend Active Garden.
I would definitely recommend Active Garden. Marianela was really helpful when choosing the climbing frame as I wanted to alter things on the blue rabbit belvedere, such as swapping the ladder for a ramp with a rope, bespoke sandpit lid that turned into little benches for the kids, and lots of accessories. Marianela kept me posted by text and email about the delivery, and how many parcels would arrive. When it was delivered I could see it was great quality. We then had there installer Henri put it together for us, he was really friendly and put it together so quickly, he even adjusted the ramp with extra steps at our request on the day to make it more use able for our toddler. I will definitely be using them again for any module extras we may want in the future.
The customer service I received has been fantastic. Marianela in particular has been so helpful from start to finish; her communication is brilliant and she is very quick to answer questions and give advice. Can’t fault!!
Thank you for your time and energy in helping us make improvements to our outside play area. We really appreciate your patience and suggestions and are thrilled with our new climbing frame and safety surface. The new climbing frame will make a huge difference to the physical play that our children will be able to enjoy outdoors and the safety surface means that the climbing frame will be able to be used more than in previous years when the bark used to get too wet and dirty!
