NGD plumbing and heating also known as bathroom trend. Terrible customer service. If I could give minus stars I would. Charged for items not ordered. Wrong items and wrong replacement items delivered. Items were paid for but not ordered by ngd. Nothing arrived by the start date. The plumbers were waiting around for items for 4 days. Had to extend the skip. All extra costs. NGD didn’t seem to care. Finally arranged a refund but he kept promising me the money then only part repaid, still waiting for the rest. He seems to be very disorganised and doesn’t return calls or text. The showroom never seems to be open. I would look elsewhere as I had to order the items from elsewhere anyway due to everything being wrong or not delivered.
