We have just had our loft conversion completed by Buildify Loft Conversion London. They have been extremely efficient from start to finish from the initial quote to completion. The work started much sooner than other quotes we obtained and they have stuck to the schedule. All the teams were professional throughout and all coordinated smoothly by our project manager who was available 24/7. I would use them again.
We've got a bungalow, with a big loft that resulted in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They worked fast and the project manager was brilliant. I'm extremely happy with my loft conversion in Kingston. I went for the rear mansard conversion, due to planning permission which was all dealt with by Leo at Buildify Ltd London. They took care of everything from the drawings right through to the completion. The project manager was very helpful from start to finish. We now have a lovely sized bedroom with an en-suite shower room. I highly recommend this company.
We found Buildify's team very helpful and hard-working, cracked on with the job in a short timescale, although there were some issues with building control, which meant the job cost 10 % more than the quote, ( no fault of his own) Adam worked quickly to resolve the problem going above and beyond. We have asked for a couple of other quotes for other work based on James's skills and work ethics. We would recommend for similiar work.
