I contacted this company to get a chair for my home office when I realised how uncomfortable my current one was. The lady I spoke to was working from home but said that I would be called back from the showroom. This happened within 15 minutes; a chair was recommended and then delivered within 30 minutes. Now I realise I live up the road but they were helpful and courteous. Even demonstrated how to adjust the chair from the roadside (complying with 2 metre distancing!). Items are good value for money too. Thank you!

I bought an office chair and A3 printer from BFD. Both items were delivered to me within a day or two of placing the order (the printer was during lockdown). Oliver and Suzanne researched the printer for me to get the best type for my needs, and gave me options at different price points. Really pleased with both items.

In light of the current situation with COVID-19 I needed to buy some face masks. I contacted Oliver and within minutes he responded to my request and sent them out by first class post. The team managed to sort out my needs after a suggestion from my chiropractor. Even in lockdown, we chatted on line via messaging then arranged click and collect but could still say no if the office chair didn't fit my need. After having some problems with another company I went on the hunt for a hopefully local company that supply office furniture.I came across Business Furniture Direct, and visited their website a fair bit to compare prices and location etc. I had a call at my work from Suzanne at BFD, who was so lovely and helpful, she said that she had noticed our activity on their website.I explained my situation and they were very helpful, explaining everything they offer - they come in and measure if you need it, deliver it (Sometimes in 48 hours depending on stock and when you order), they build it, put it where you want it and then take the rubbish away too!! Suzanne then sent her colleague round to our business on that same day (Oliver - also lovely!) he came and he measured some desks and he gave me brochures and advice.I have since ordered many things, both online and over the phone and also my MD has verbally ordered things when other items were delivered, this has all been done and ordered and delivered correctly and in good time too!Cannot fault customer service, Suzanne has been very helpful with setting up the account, with placing orders, even noticed I had ordered something in 2 different colours, so called to check.. good job she did!Customer service of the delivery staff has been A1 too!5 stars all round!

Superb Customer Service, Excellent range of items, Wonderful staff, always helpful and pleasant to talk to. Great delivery service run by themselves. Using a local business is certainly paying off for us in this instance. Better than the national ones in every way.

BFD provided us with furniture for a refit through our whole office building and I couldn't be happier. Oliver was helpful, friendly and professional and managed to turn around our order earlier than I had anticipated and at a competitive price. He and his team spent three days at our offices installing and assembling all of the furniture with great care and attention and it looks amazing. Highly recommended!
