Seems like once you have purchased they could not care less. I have had issues with my domestic alarm system and emailed the company - no response in 2 weeks. I thought I would try their 'sales' email address - no response in a further 3 weeks. All I wanted was a quick piece of guidance, but clearly once something is sold they are not interested any more. Found a most helpful local alarm company who will not touch the system (only 4 years old). Out of date technically (Challenger 10), hard to comprehend (like the user manual) and generally nasty. We have had to de-commission the whole thing. Maybe not a major technical problem underlying our issues, but definitely a major communications problem from this company. No way to run a business.
