Chatha Hygiene handle all our Clinical and Medical waste. They are very professional at all times and we know we can rely on them and have peace of mind that we know who we are dealing with. We would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them.
We used Chatha hygiene 4 years ago which we stopped using them and changed over to another company who offered a cheaper service at the time. This was the biggest mistake of our lives they tied us in to a 24 month contract, the service was diabolical, when products were damaged no replacements were given, eventually we threated court action and got out of the contract. We are now back with Chatha hygiene who have given our confidence back great service, friendly staff glad to be back with them. The moral of the story is that it is not always about the money the service is the most important factor when looking at washroom hygiene services for your business. My customers are happy again with my washrooms which is one of my main duties of running a successful restaurant.
