I dealt with this company a few years ago when I bought a few timber products. The staff was very nice and professional, so my experience was fully positive. As I was over £5 short, they asked me to bring it next day which I did. So, in general, their service was above my expectations.
I went to the timber yard as I wanted to create some shelves in my cupboard that was full of junkI went with my measurement and the young man in the shop helped me with my orderI then went down to the yard and the gents in the yard cut the wood to size and the. helped me with the wood into my car (the wood / shelves fitted perfectly). I can only say I had a fantastic service from all of the staff in this company and as a single female they made me feel comfortable and welcome and i would definitely recommend.
Was able to get timber in stock that was not available in B&Q or Wickes; competitively priced plus friendly, helpful staff.
Haven’t found prices cheaper for timber, lovely person on phone, delivery guys always polite and helpful.

Very obliging and helpful in cutting timber to my required sizes. Office staff particularly pleasant. Only down side is the pickup point, it is congested and can be a problem parking while waiting for your order. I would use this company again and can recommend!
