Absolutely fantastic!!!!We needed a custom built rack made to fit a chimney breast gap exactly and they have done this perfectly and delivered in three days.Cannot wish for any thing more-we have one very happy son in law!!!
Brilliant service. Ordered a bespoke wine rack on Friday afternoon and received an email confirming dispatch at 9.30 Monday morning. Delivered Tuesday lunchtime. Wine rack fits perfectly and is very sturdily built. Price was also excellent. Would highly recommend.
Ordered a selection of wine racks - they were delivered quickly to my address by the company (rather than by Post) and all were carefully wrapped and protected. Good solid build and good value.

Arrived on time with a helpful delivery chap. Good sturdy quality, simple easy to follow instructions ,would take approx. 1hr to build up with the help of a mallet and hammer.We cut it to fit under the stairs on a taper so, used a hacksaw to cut the struts and it took a bit longer. Very pleased with the result.I recommend this company's product.

Very pleased with our Classic 56 bottle Natural Pine wine rack. It is just as described, fits perfectly into the space, and arrived very quickly. It appears to be well built - our previous wine rack from John Lewis started to collapse, which is why we replaced it. I would have liked an option to have it with a black metal finish rather than galvanised, as I think that looks more stylish, and I would have paid more for that option, but otherwise I am very happy.

Bought some wood/metal racks to customise, and found these guys very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Realising what I wanted to achieve, they even took the initiative to provide screwed alternatives to their standard nailed pre-assembled versions so as to make it easier for me to assemble. The racks were well packed and delivered efficiently and quickly and at an incredibly reasonable price. If I had space for more racks, I'd certainly be buying them from Cranville.Suggest that, if you want something that looks a bit different from what's on the website, you should describe to them what you want, so that you get the optimal solution.
