The support team was very helpful. They were very nice and explained each and everything very clearly. They answered all my questions.

I was looking for an EPOS system to my retail store and one day my friend referred me to EPOS Direct, I called to those people and inquired about the product. They told that they will give a demo and can book the system only if I like. They came and gave a demo after that I have decided to go with them which was a good decision.

I had an issue with the till system as I am unable to access some of the features. I called to the support team and they quickly responded and sorted my issues.

I was extremely overwhelmed in search of a POS system. I was lucky to choose EPOS Direct as my EPOS provider. Setting up and implementing my system has been done very quickly. Well done!!!

I have an epos system already using in my store and looking to buy another for my another store. I am very much satisfied with Epos Direct and decided to go with it, my implementation manager from the start, what a gem he has been, very polite and patient and more so knowledgeable, i have learned so much from him which i will pass on to other management in my stores, if anyone is thinking of upgrading or looking a new Epos system then look no further and upgrade to Epos Direct.
