Branch: Euro Claddings, 45 South Road, Sparkbrook, BirminghamExtremely disappointed with the customer/after sale service at above Euro Claddings branch. Products fully unused and in original packaging were brought back to be returned within 24 hours of buying and staffed refused to return it unless we pay 25% charge on it. This policy of 25% charge on return is not explained/mentioned anywhere on thier website/stores or receipts plus staff never explained it at the time of purchase. Staff refused to return goods, and became extremely rude and abusive when challenged on this policy of 25% charge. They refused to get us in contact with thier manager instead told us to do whatever we like... Never experienced such unprofessional , unfriendly and conning behavior at any business. I believe Euro Claddings's management need to take note of such mistreatments not just for the sake of thier business but also for the wellbeing of thier customers and staff.
