Book with Ezee Transfer for next day job and received their booking straight away. However, the confirmation e-mail never arrive. Chased them by e-mail and phone all afternoon without reply. Eventually got through, I was told the job has been cancelled because there is no value for them. I understand business needs to make money, but they should at least reply or call me to inform me about the cancellation, so I can find alternative.
