Where Fashionizer Spa excels is its design service – we worked closely with their design team and they have produced a bespoke uniform that syncs perfectly with our new concept; its stylish, comfortable and above all, different to anyone else’s. Debbie and her team did an amazing job and the uniforms are very well made.
I wanted the new uniforms to depict the values of QHotels utilising the colour palette of our corporate brand. It was essential that the new designs feature high standards in terms of style, fabric and colour, but they also needed to complement the newly refurbished interiors of the hotels and perform as functional garments. All this, somewhat complicated brief, has been expertly executed by Fashionizer and we are delighted with the very stylist new look.
I was extremely impressed by Fashionizer's ability to translate our branding and strong colours into a simple and effective look paying great attention to the details. Their organisation, planning and critical path structure meant I did not need to worry about uniforms during the very busy preopening period. When we first met with Fashionizer's MD, Debbie Leon, one of the things that appealed to us the most was her background in theatre and film design. We knew we were likely to be demanding clients to whoever our future partner was and that we would work best with someone who had an appreciation of the design processes in our world.
We have enjoyed a great working relationship with Fashionizer throughout this challenging project. Their team guided us through a tight pre-opening schedule ensuring both critical path and budget were monitored throughout. As a consequence we were able to fit out all staff with uniforms ready for the hotel opening in March this year. We love the distinctive designs and special fabrics that are unique to the Renaissance St Pancras. We continue to work with Fashionizer on evolving the uniforms as we develop our operation.
