My blinds and shutters were subsequently fitted by two other polite and diligent staff. Extremely clean and tidy workmanship and a thorough explanation of the products fitted. We have used another company before for shutters. Their workmanship was good but their sales and customer service team completely let them down. We took a leap of faith and tried Final Touch and we are so glad we did! Adam and his team are professional, friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. The fitters did a brilliant job and left the place immaculate. When I did have a question they responded immediately and made sure I was completely happy with the answer. Customer service is obviously something they pride themselves on. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this company.
Excellent service fitting perfect fit blinds in my new kitchen. Very competitive price. Arrived on time, installed without any problems. Excellent service from start to finish.Having just moved into a new build property we obviously had no window dressings. Final Touch came to our aid very quickly and we purchased perfect fit pleated blinds for out kitchen / diner. As these were made to measure we were going to be left without them for some time, however Adam was more than happy to fit us some temporary paper blinds free of charge to see us through. We are ecstatic with the quality of the product and they were also excellent value for money.We had our heart set on wooden shutters for our lounge however, a competitor (who was far more expensive than Final Touch) had led us to believe this was not possible. Adam was really informative and really knew his stuff about his products, with us never feeling like there was any hard sell, just plenty of options to choose from. We were kept informed throughout the whole process from order, to manufacture, to delivery and then installation. The installation process was excellent, very speedy and extremely clean and tidy.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Final Touch and their range of products, and will be definitely looking to use them again in the future.

Adam came round to measure my conservatory windows bringing with him plenty of examples. I received my quote within a couple of days and having accepted they were installed in the time specified.Ethan and Jack who did the installation were polite, explained how the blinds worked and took away all their rubbish.I would definitely recommend this company.
