From the time of our first contact up to and including the prototypes you have sent through I have been very impressed with your professionalism. It was obvious from the outset that you were excited at the prospect of taking on this project. This excitement is obvious for all to see in the final version of the chair. It has been a pleasure working with you on the design and manufacture of this chair. You obviously understood the brief and subsequent changes we requested were all incorporated without straying from the initial idea. I had a picture of what I wanted in my head and you have been able to turn that into reality. The addition of the multi coloured panels were inspired and you should congratulate whoever came up with the idea. I look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.
