All in all, pretty good. Was looking for replacement emergency pull cords but had trouble finding them as a “search” however, after looking up “emergency pull switches”, there was the option to see associated products and listed were replacement cords. That aside, I placed an order and expected delivery in 2-3 days as I’d selected “standard” however, received notification from UPS the same day informing me of a delivery the following day. So, ordered at 12:38 from Hoyles, email from UPS at 14:49. That’s a 2hour 19minutes turn around, pretty impressive. Thank you.

The Chatterbox is a fantastic, flexible product solution, easily installed by our engineers and has allowed us to cost effectively upgrade and expand an old system.
Wintek Security and Electrical have used the Secure-a-Link WLR121 device on several occasions, it is an excellent piece of kit. On a recent installation we sent an alarm signal from a converted barn with 28 inch deep sandstone walls across a courtyard into the main dwelling approx 30 feet away, this building also had 28 inch sandstone walls. The WLR121 worked perfectly, first time and everytime. I would recommend the Secure-a-Link to any alarm engineer or company who take their work seriously, reliability counts for everything. Hoyles are an excellent company to deal with, friendly staff and great technical knowledge.

I had recently been tasked with the job of finding a DDA compliant disabled toilet alarm for our premises. I came across the Hoyles Aidalarm kit on the web. I was really impressed that it not only included everything I needed to comply with BS8300 but also included a user instruction label with Braille text. The kit was easy to install and was delivered very quickly, I would definitely look to Hoyles on future projects.

We can confidently state that the DorWatcher alarms have drastically reduced the number of occasions when we find kitchen fire doors propped open, this is very reassuring to us and we have had very positive comments from the Fire Service about the DorWatcher. We spent a considerable amount of last year’s safety budget on the DorWatcher units and are pleased that this decision has been vindicated.
We have been very happy with the DorWatcher alarms….we have experienced approximately 60% reduction in fire alarms since their installation!
Following the installation of the DorWatcher alarms, at Queen Mary University of London - With regard to results, I can say that there has been a dramatic reduction in the number of un-wanted fire alarms and that London Fire Brigade are happy with progress made.
