Only gave them one star rating as I HAD to choose a rating otherwise it would have been zero stars. Purchased data from this company for a lot of money but due to family bereavement, had to delay an email campaign that I was supposed to do. Tried calling them to tell them the situation but no one responded to the messages I left for my account manager. Now they say I am out of time and that I don't get my money back not will they do the email campaign for me. Tried to explain to the guy on the phone but he said 'either buy more data or I will have to leave the conversation there' no consideration and no customer service from this company. Found them quite rude. My advice would be to stay well away. Lots of other reputable companies out there.
