I am a fencing contractor who has used Jacksons Fencing products for the last 4 years. Since first coming into contact with them I now almost exclusively install their products. Why? Because the quality is second to none and this is backed by a 25-year anti rot guarantee, something which gives both me and my clients peace of mind and confidence that what I install is built to last.
Delivered on the agreed date. Incredibly high quality, we had the horizontal tongue and groove with wood posts and capping rails. We fitted a separate trellis from contemporary fencing that went into the wood slots under the capping rails. Neighbours to the side love it and we've even had compliments from the flats behind, which was a nice surprise.
It was a small but demanding job and the service your company provided from assistance with the detailed drawings, to speed of delivery and installation and finally resolving the minor snagging issues is a credit to your team.
We recently had an automated gate fitted and I wanted to congratulate you on the service that we have received from all of your staff, from beginning when the site was surveyed and ideas and quotations were forthcoming, right through to the deliveries and installation by various members of your star, the service has been top notch.
Jacksons has a very good reputation, I now understand why this is so. Right from the initial site visit by their contracts manager, Robert Smith, things ran so smoothly. Robert took on board the requirements for the job and detailed the necessary products and installation works to be done. "It wasn’t a simple task, as this required liaising between several teams, not just for installation, but for the automation for the gates as well. I was very impressed, the various teams always arrived on time, they completed the work just as promptly, were polite and courteous and always left year guarantee on their products, both timber and metal, this is also something I haven’t had from other suppliers either. It makes sense when carrying out works on an impressive site like this that the products used are good quality, they are sympathetic to the ‘history’ of the place and they stay looking good for a long time. Jacksons definitely ticked all the boxes
The Jacksons welders that have been carrying out this work on site have been amazing, They have been so enthusiastic in their approach to the work; they set daily targets on jobs to be completed, and took a real pride in ensuring they hit them. Nothing stopped them, not even bad weather. I’ve come past late into the evening and found them still working, determined to not let the schedule slip. They are a credit to Jacksons.
We are delighted with the new outdoor play / teaching area for our younger pupils. As a school we make it a priority to ensure all of our children regularly play outside and enjoy the untold benefits of socialising and also learning in the great outdoors. Working with Jacksons we have confidence that the investment we have made represents sound use of the school’s budget – as well as delivering a lasting legacy for pupils of the future.
