Bought four machines had endless problems with dealing with them. One machine was ex display should of been new! This machine broke took roughly 4 engineers 5 visits to change 1 board as they kept ordering wrong board staff never rang me when they didn’t bother to show up. Was told this was a one off.I was refunded money on ex display machine that took over a week to repair.Second machine is now broken, it’s now been 3 days since reported and every day a message saying there planning on coming that day but no engineer and shockingly again no phone call I have to chase them. I thought my poor service the first time was a one off! After speaking to Jordan in the complaints department apparently people who rent machines get priority so if your think of paying in full and not renting go else where I bought the four machines as a trial ppl like the big size washers but I can’t deal with a company that lies, sells second hand machines as new and staff that treat you a second best because you bought your machines instead of renting!


I received outstanding customer service from my first contact with JLA, right through to the delivery and installation of my dishwasher. The team were reliable and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Their communication was brilliant, and the delivery and installation were arranged to take place at a time that suited me. The JLA engineer was first-class. I run a busy establishment and the installation was carried out neatly and quietly, with minimal disruption and no mess or fuss. I would not hesitate in recommending JLA and I’m considering purchasing more equipment from them in the future.
