This company has given me the worst customer service I have ever received as a customer. After sending out multiple engineers to my house to fix a faulty shower and only making the problems worse, I have had to constantly chase them up for updates. They have accused me of lying and giving false stories, they had forced me to be without a working shower for over 6 weeks, and in the end I had to go elsewhere and buy a shower. They are now severely delaying a refund for the shower I have bought from them. I was also promised a phone call back just before the Christmas period in the morning, only to receive a email at 16:59 not leaving me any time to call back and having to wait a further 2 weeks while they reopened after the new year to hear anything. I have seen some of the reviews for this company on this site, but believe me, if you buy from here, you are buying with the risk that you are all alone should something go wrong. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, I totally regret buying from Juice Electrical and would not recommend them to anyone
