Great advice from the telphone advisor - great choice and it works wellI thought I needed an infrared thermometer for measuring some pipe temperatures. I wasn't sure on a few details so phoned them up. The chap that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and steered me towards a thermocouple style thermometer. A) cheaper B) more accurate. The thermometer and sharks-fin probe turned up a couple of days later. Works just as described.

Brilliant products and top notch service! Exceptional build quality with a lots of different choices for probes. I've been using this probe for 4 weeks daily for different jobs in the kitchen: Pâté de fruit, Nougat, Chocolate work, Sugar work, Pâté en croute. Very precise and obtains true temperature fairly quickly once immersed. Easy to clean and use, highly recommend over the usual ones you find on amazon etc. Phil (chef)

I wanted a kitchen thermometer skewer, which is fast, and accurate. Cheap and cheerful Chinese thermistor devices fail on quick response, hence accuracy. This probe, physically similar to the thermistor probe responds in seconds, the thermistor needed nearly a minute.
The new website provides better navigation to find what you are looking for. We buy the thermocouples and connectors which have a good quality and the delivery is fast..........

This was the first time I had ordered from Labfacility, I found the website easy to navigate and the products I needed easy to find, delivery was next day.
I was very impressed with the service Labfacility offered me. I rang them to place an order and only needed one item, there MOQ was 10, so the chap tried to find alternatives on other websites and then advised that the most cost effective way was to order from them online, the item would cost more but we wouldn't be left with 9 items never to be used again. The delivery service was first class too, arriving the next day. I would definitely recommend this company on the basis of this order.

I found lab facility through Internet search, looking for a certain product. I found exactly what I was looking for and placed an order, the products arrived next postal day. I have used the product and am more than happy with the quality.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong product at first. Labfacility staff could not have been more helpful when I telephoned to change my order. Dave Smith in Dinnington was particularly helpful in explaining what I needed to do. My thermocouples arrived very quickly and are, as usual, of excellent quality.
