I am one of those people, those that sit and listen to you say every week how you should protect your data, back up your work and have a plan in place for if disaster strikes. I remember the Friday night, thinking I need to back up 3 months of hard work which consisted of challenging cases and difficult drafting - then my son fell over and I was distracted, so I forgot. On the Sunday evening I logged onto my computer and no desktop! For my experience, I would happily recommend LaneSystems but please learn from my experience and do not wait for a crisis - purchase a monthly plan that gives you access to their IT guys, who were very good and calm in my crisis and not judgemental.

In urgent support cases they have always excelled; managing to deploy someone to site when needed, even on weekend evenings. We meet personally with Michel once a month to discuss our service and strategy going forward. Not only is he receptive to our ideas and needs, he is proactive in suggesting service improvements. I have found him particularly effective when it comes to developing a strategy for data and security.

LaneSystems have supported and guided us through the IT minefield both in terms of hardware and software and on many occasions have donated both time and equipment to ensure we have a robust system that is fit for purpose for all our IT needs. Customer service and response times when required are exceptional and therefore as a package in terms of commitment, service delivery, business intuitiveness and of course cost, we would have no hesitation in recommending Lane Systems for all IT requirements and as a citizens advice we know a good service when we see one.

When we had a recent issue with one of our workshop computers, I knew exactly who to call. Within a few hours of contacting you, we had dropped the machine off and your team had been on to it and assessed the fault. Our industry relies heavily on IT systems and to be faced without a computer system working is detrimental to the daily tasks. Without your turnaround to save information stored on this computer we potentially could have lost a revenue of £400 per day.

Day to day activities and queries are dealt with efficiently and unlike previoud support contracts a member of staff is on call daily from 7am, any overnight queries can be resolved before our working day officially starts. Although the full support team is available a designated technician has been assigned to us, this has been a great help and gives a friendly face and more of a personal touch to the service provided.

Wilton Engineering, Universal Coatings and PC Logistics have been using the services for LaneSystems for the past 15 years as our chosen partner for all of our IT requirements. Fundamentally, we have a service agreement which covers all hardware, software, technical support and call outs where needed. They are a good company with nice people working for them and they are willing to help, they have a can-do attitude and they have personally helped me out whilst I'm travelling both in the UK and abroad. I would recommend giving them a try if you're looking for an open and honest relationship.

On a Roll have used Lane Systems for the past 11 years. As a business we have grown in size and as we have Lanesystems have supported us each year along the way. The service we receive from them is excellent and it's great to work with a local business as if we have any problems a member of the team can come and resolve it quickly. As a business which operates 7 days a week we really appreciate being able to have support all week and out of hours too, they are always on hand should we have any problems.

You took the time to visit our location to get to know our business and what we needed, and realised that a lot could be improved on. This not only represented a saving on our previous provider but lef to a significantly improved provision. As a charity you have taken time to find our what you specifically can do to support us and move forward and have given us some sound advice and signposting to other services. I would hesitate to recommend your services.

It is so important to find business partners who are willing to go that extra mile and provide not just excellent IT support, but invest in the principles of charitable giving and put time and energy into working with us to support our fundraising initiatives and promote our charity.

I've been using LaneSystems to backup my data and I thought I was wasting my money, "who needs backups?" until three months ago when they saved my life twice. A member of staff left and deleted everything, I have no idea why. Everyting was recovered by Lanes. There was also a problem with my email hosting company, they lost over 20,000 emails which caused huge problems running my business. Even though they don't have involvement with my email, Michel and the team helped me ask the right questions and get the right answers as a support partner, again everything was recovered. I always feel that LaneSystems go the extra mile for me, it's not always about making money. If I ever need any advice, I know that I can speak to them.

We had regular contact with LaneSystems throughout the transition & had a dedicated installation team who kept us informed of the progress as things evolved. The transition was in two phases, one on the premises of our previous employer & the other to our new premises. Both transitions were handled extremely efficiently and within the time frames set out by Lanes with the upshot being that we had relatively little downtime which was of great importance to us.

During this period we have seen our requirements for IT support grow from 1 computer to a full network of computers & associated equipment as our company has expanded. LaneSystems have consistently supported us with their expertise, prompt attention to resolving any issues & going the extra mile when necessary, with money never being obstacle. We are highly satisfied with Michael and his staff, who are always very friendly & professional & with whom we have always had an excellent relationship.

They are very responsive, able to sort out our IT glitches remotely and very quickly. Staff at Lane Systems are very conscientious, work really hard, and are always friendly and helpful.
