I was seeking to purchase some connectors equivalent to a Lumberg product that had been discontinued. After having spent fruitless hours scouring the web - including the sites of the usual "big" distributors, I thought that I might as well try a direct phone call to the Lumberg office. My call was picked up straight away. Heike Craemer could not have been more helpful. She was immediately able to identify the relevant connector series, and together we established the appropriate model variant. Heike also offered to so send a sample that I could evaluate before committing to the purchase of several connectors. In short, I was extremely pleased with the services that was provided.


We were after a tool for tightening our Lumberg Din plugs and Heike Craemer sent me a link from where we could get one. We stuggled to track it down in the past but we have one in our pocession now all thanks to Heike.Big thanks!


The technical support provided by Lumberg to Windward Engineering was of the highest quality. When researching connectors for a prototype assembly, Heike Craemer was able to suggest options with specifications and applicability which went beyond the initial design brief. The end result was 100% functonial with a degree of versitality which was not imagined in the initial design.
