Initially I was overwhelmed at changing alarm companies, however everyone single one of the engineers that has visited our premises so far, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.Without exception, engineers have been polite, respectful, extremely tidy and taken their time to explain things thoroughly (to a complete novice).An engineer was recently overheard saying a friendly hello to a patient he passed in our waiting room. It’s made a really refreshing change, and the team are a credit to M J Security.
