I purchased a meter box but returned it on the same packaging expecting a refund. Three weeks later, I contacted Meter Boxes Now requesting my refund, only to be told that the box was damaged and theg would not be refunding me. I tracked the parcel and they received it on 5th May. I contacted them on 25th May. They had my returned item almost 3 weeks but only when I contacted them requesting a refund, did they decide to advise me the item was damaged. Highly suspicious and I would not trust this company. Incredibly poor customer service and hhey now won't respond to any follow up emails.Don't use them!
