Had problems with the tracking system on my caravan. After speaking to tech support it was decided that it required a new SIM card & needed to be returned for repair. It was posted on Wednesday lunch but Ben phoned on Thursday 1600 to say they had received it & it was updated & would be returned asap. This was returned overnight & back with me @ 0920 Friday. Never had any problems with these guys as I have spoken to Will previously. Always 1st class service.

This is our 4th time we have had Phantom/Moving Intelligence fitted to our vehicles. Excellent product and always feel confident of the trackers and alarms.From the beginning we had a problem this time, but I have to say the customer service namely Ben Yearsley has been excellent. He arranged for a Fitter to come to our home and resolve the issues. Can not thank him enough and James the Fitter/technician who came out to resolve our issues.

Very rapid response when I accidentally set of the alarm and when I have raised any questions they have been fully knowledgeable of their product.

I set my Motorhome alarm off accidentally yesterday. Within seconds I received a text telling me it had gone off and within a minute I had a telephone call checking that all was well. I apologised for setting it off but was assured it was no problem as long as the motorhome was secure.This service gives me great confidence and is well worth what it costs.Thank you.

Had a tracker installed on new campervan and service from Moving Intelligence (My Phantom) has been excellent. Had a call on the day I was picking up the van to get me setup and when I contacted them, Ben on the support desk explained the various subscription options and how to use the app/portal to manage the tracking alerts for various scenarios e.g. when van being towed.

Had a Tracker fitted to my new camper prior to me taking delivery of it 7 months ago. I have to say i am hugely impressed by the device and the accompanying app. The app is very easy to navigate around and the information it gives is eccellent extrememly precise. Today i had an occasion to speak with Moving Intelligence' Tech Support on the number provided as I wanted a couple of things explained to me. I got straight through to Lester Stoddard. His explanations were spot on and very easy to follow and understand. Top marks to him as I struggle with anything Technical.

Had a problem with my Phantom alarm, rang and spoke to Will Jackson, talked me through to reset my alarm to factory settings over the phone, very knowledgeable and patient, problem sorted.

Recently my Phantom tracker on my caravan stopped working. I logged a support call and spoke to Lester. He was very helpful and guided me through troubleshooting the issue, resolving the problem, and testing the fix which ment no onsite engineer was required. Additionally he called me to confirm the tracker was now functioning normally. All round good service.

As with others I'm sure that you always have a problem when miles away from help and with dodgy signal. Sometimes these problems are self inflicted- like forgetting to replace battery in tracker unit.Lester Stoddard just spent a lot of time talking me through the further problems I caused by inadvertently trying to reprogramme the whole system.He was patient courteous and clear in his guidance - which i really appreciated as i was in deepest mid wales on holiday.Great job like all of the team there but tech support in particular deserve real praise. Great company and so glad we chose to protect our motorhome with them - compare and contrast with Vodafone automotive and another vehicle!

I ordered this tracker and it was delivered the next day.During this time I was emailed confirmation that an account had been set up for me and I was able to login and familiarise myself with the app etc.The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Being wireless makes the installation easy and after activating the tracker it was soon up and running and extremely accurate. If you want a good quality,accurate and easy to self install tracker then look no further.

Arrangements made with Jen Stanhope for a Tracker to be fitted to my caravan. There was some confusion regarding locations and initial booking didn’t go ahead; however, Jen went above and beyond to sort the problem, leaving extra notes to the engineer to avoid issues the second time and tracker has now been successfully fitted. In my absence I received good communication from the engineer from jyautos regarding the fitting and Jen rang immediately after to inform me the job had been completed. Excellent service and a big thanks to Jen for her excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Paul gave really good advice about the type of tracker we needed. Fitting was organised to fit in with us. The fitter was great and carried out the job quickly and professionally. The tracker is accurate and works well (as I found out when I moved it without turning it off first!) Overall a really good experience with this company.

What an effortless transaction from purchasing my phantom tracker and immobiliser from moving intelligence. After Darren came to carry out the install , very soon after I recieved a telephone call from Ben who arranged my lifetime subscription whilst guiding me through my fobs to installation of the app to my phone.Well done guys ,we are very pleased indeed 👌👏

Craig (Moving Intelligence) was helpful and efficient. Tracker fitted quickly and everything as expected. Phantom call center also efficient and helpful - as i discovered having accidentally set it off a couple of times while getting the hang of it!

The phone was answered immediately after I had chosen the menu number.Lester was friendly, professional and helpful. I had a number of queries relating to the security system on my van which had been fitted on behalf of the previous owner. All my queries were were satisfactorily resolved by Lester.

The service and help, advice we had off Callum for choosing the right produts was excellant. Callum was very knowledgable and helpful when we asked many questions. From beginning of ordering the products we needed and having Alarm, Tracker & imobilser, the service was excellant. The equipment works how it should. There is a easy APP to down load so you can monitor your Alarm and tracker and being of the older age this is great as its not complicated in anyway. They respond straight away when alarm triggered, you get a call to check that everything is OK. The Tracker alerts you by text the minute the van is moved Can not fault any of the products off Phantom.Great value for money and piece of mind thank you Callum & Phantom.

Had Phantom fitted on our motorhome. Thought I'd turned it off, (being new to it) within 5 mins got a tracking call, I'd only turned if on. Hadn't even set things up. Company definitely on the ball.

I purchased a Phantom (now Moving Intelligence) nearly 3 years ago for my caravan, absolutely brilliant and far superior to the manufacturers fitted tracker. And the app is fantastic, the unit can be activated and deactivated from the app, and it shows caravan battery charge state, records caravan mileage done, etc. Thumbs up from me. 👍
