Excellent products quickly delivered & well packaged.The advice I got from Lisa at NVP was great. Osmo Country Colours is a quality product with excellent coverage. I calculated one 2.5l tin would allow me to paint my 12'x8' summerhouse twice based on the claimed coverage, which seemed highly dubious to me, but to my surprise it actually did! Excellent coverage & the fact it'll be easy to recoat in future years as it doesn't flake or need much preparation make it well worth the money.
Excellent service. Needed some paint to highlight edges of patio for visually impaired relative. Followed application instructions and really pleased with results.
After ordering I realised I needed another product so I emailed them the following day to see if they could added. I got a call and an email to advise they had added it to my order. The adviser told me I didn't need one of the products and took it off my order and refunded me. I mainly order online and this is one of the best customer service advisers I've came across. Not just interested in taking my money, making sure I had the right products. Highly recommend.
