This was quite an old installation (not carried out by Omiga) and as it started to false alarm I decided to upgrade. This was carried out by Omiga. The system now installed is excellent and I am able to set the alarm via a smartphone app. The installation was carried out promptly and the engineers were polite and friendly, taking time to explain the set up and use of the phone app. This now provides the security that I need I continue to use Omiga for the maintenance and service of the new alarm system and would highly recommend them. The customer service I have had has always been 1st class.

We've used several companies in the past, Omiga came recommended so we went with them. Very professional company. Installed both a comprehensive alarm system which is very simple to use (especially from the mobile app!) and a cctv system with images as clear as watching tv. Engineers were polite and helpful, no mess whatsoever left either. Very competitively priced. Highly recommend.
