Ordered a boardroom table which arrived damaged. Within a week I had a brand new table sent out to us as well as the old one collected. Really fast turn around, customer services are excellent in dealing with any problems. We’ve been able to customise the curved partition according to our needs maximizing the functionality of our new office. Also, thanks to the samples that were sent, we managed to check the colours and match them with the existing furniture. Liam has been very helpful throughout the whole process and Mark has been very efficient in the after-sales service. The delivery all the way to London was in time to complete our office before the event with clients and the quality of the divider is really good.

I was in need of an office chair as I am currently working from home and I tried many different suppliers before finding Online Reality. I was impressed with their wide choice of product ranges on line. I gave them a call to ask a few questions and get some advice and I had the pleasure to speak and get help from Jake. Jake was very helpful throughout my whole experience, from the product choice to the after sale service. I made my chair choice after exploring a few different alternatives. This was delivered just a couple of days after placing the order. I had a bit of an issue after I assembled it. I got in touch again with OR straight away and they promptly assisted and ultimately managed to find a suitable solution. I received a level of customer service that I very hardly managed to find before. Everything was dealt with professionalism, knowledge, patience, kindness and in a very timely manner. I never write a review.Upon stumbling across this site I was a tad apprehensive as I'd never heard of them before. However, my need for a new chair due to working from home outweighed any reservations so I proceeded ahead nevertheless. I received an email shortly after placing my order from a great chap called Tommy, the operations manager, informing me that my chair was out of stock however he had voided my transaction so that no money has or would leave my bank account, Without any prompt! I then asked if they had anything similar immediately Tommy came back with an alternative that BETTER matched my requirements, I purchased it immediately and I can't wait to receive my purchase in the next few days. Thank you Tommy for your support, a 1st class service and example of how customer service should be handled - that's how business should be done!
I ordered a chair over the weekend. The order was accepted but unfortunately over the weekend online reality found it was no longer in stock. Tommy contacted me on Sunday. Offered and alternative for the same price and still delivered on time.Fantastic service all round. Excellent comms and very very nice product.Thank you.
I ordered a desk to work from home, with next day delivery and started to encounter a lot of problems. Difficult to get hold of and wouldn’t respond to emails. However, when I got hold of Jake, he was nothing but helpful. Supplier issues and courier delay were out of their control, but Jake did his best to support my purchase. He changed out supplier half way through in attempt to get a desk sooner. He contact the factory to chase and forwarded any responses to keep me updated. As it transpired, the delays were subsequently out of their control. Doing their best during challenging times, would buy from them again if needed.
Have to give Onlinereality 5 stars. I ordered a chair a few weeks ago from Viking Direct, having posted 2-3 days delivery! After sending many emails and phone calls I finally learned it was now on back order, so I cancelled. I found a better looking chair and ordered it from Onlinereality, Ian said probably 4 working days to deliver (after he checked it was in stock) but managed to get me it delivered in 3! Just what I wanted and needed!
Excellent service. I ordered a chair but when it turned out that it was out of stock, the replacement was offered and agreed quickly. Response to inquiries is almost instant - I felt that my choice and satisfaction really mattered.
I sit on a Senator FreeFlex chair all day when I'm working in the office, one of dozens, all identical of course. But I'm not in the office! I borrowed one two days before lockdown when I could see what was coming, and it's been comfortable but now it has to go back (shame they told us not to borrow things a week later...). So I ordered one for myself, as I could be sure that it would be OK with my tendency to lower back pain. These chairs are highly adjustable, and as the backrest can float relative to the seat base my back is fine on it. It costs more than something from the high street or retail park outlets, but you can customise your order to quite a high level. Just be warned that the colour charts are a bit under-saturated so that muted green Uptown is actually quite bright!I can't complain about OfficeReality service and delivery: I ordered on 5th June, the chair was delivered this morning, 4 weeks and 6 days later. I don't often give reviews but found the customer service to be excellent. We bought two chairs around 8 months ago with quick delivery (during the worst part of the initial wave of the pandemic). A small fault appeared in one of hte chairs last weekend and within a few hours of emailing the team a replacement was already on its way. Would definitely use again and would recommend to friends, colleagues, and family.

Ordered twice from this company, unfortunately the desks I ordered were out of stock for a couple of weeks on both occasions, however I was swiftly emailed with alternatives by Tommy and Adam. The customer service for this company is brilliant, and the desks are of the highest quality and really easy to put together. The next day delivery option on part of their range is phenomenal. I needed a specific size of desk suitable for my home office and the Astro single bench desk from OnlineReality met the needs. I ordered one, hoping it would be sturdy enough for the job. It required some assembly on arrival, but that only took about 15 minutes. It is excellent, super smart and very stable. It was so good I ordered I had a chat with their sales team about a matching set of pedestal drawers to go with it, which I have now received. I think that the true test of a company is how they react when things don't go smoothly. First there were delays in delivery of my garden table due to circumstances beyond their control and then when it arrived one of the supplied bolts was the wrong size. Throughout the process I had someone to communicate with who answered promptly and very honestly to my frequent requests for updates on estimates for delivery. When I requested the correct fitting it turned up the day after I supplied Joe with the details he needed. Just excellent customer service ... and by the way the table is pretty good and does not disappoint - worth the wait, well made, very easy to assemble and looks great.

I was a bit cautious at first, but please don't read into the bad reviews. After calling the sales line I managed to receive amazing advice on different products I was looking at and they sourced everything I needed for my office. From lockers to tables, the whole process was easy. I called the customer services line and the girls Georgia and Sophia were really helpful and managed to get my delivery dates very quickly. Looking for the neatest multi-plug solution, to power multiple monitors and a desktop tower, found these guys had the neatest, designed to screw fix or self-adhesive pads to the desk underside. Arrived quickly and the product quality did not disappoint.

Absolutely brilliant service from this company. I had a weird small sized corner desktop and they supplied a small adjustable desk frame to fit. My experience purchasing a 1600x1600 corner desk from Online Reality was excellent from start to finish. When I first enquired about a prospective purchase, they quickly provided samples of the wood to match against my existing furniture to help my selection. Although the lead time is quite long, this was a bespoke item, and they comfortably met the delivery schedule. The delivery team quickly assembled the desk in the location pointed out to them, cleaned up, and removed all packaging. The desk itself is well made and meets my expectations fully.

Ordered a table and four chairs for the patio and these were delivered in line with the stated waiting period of 7-10 days. We received an email receipt and order confirmation quickly and a short email a few days later with a delivery date. Didn't find it easy to use the web chat service which didn't seem to be working so used an email address instead. Really happy with furniture, that wasn't widely available elsewhere.

I found some really stylish things out there at some ridiculous prices, and then I found Office Reality which gave me the stylish look I wanted at a more affordable price. The ordering process was smooth. As it was a bespoke order, there was a longer lead team which I was happily aware of, and the sales team kept me updated with the expected delivery. The delivery was also really smooth - the drivers were very helpful in taking it where we needed it, and gave a quick rundown of how to put it together as well. My son desperately needed an office chair for uni. I didn't want to pay huge price £70 approx ordered it and was delivered direct to my son. Who then assembled it him self ie new to this self assembly stuff and was over the moon with it....good value excellent delivery service.

We placed an order for a cabinet for our office, specifically the B-Mono White Tambour unit. It came on time (even a day early, if I remember correctly!), pre-assembled except the inside shelves, and the delivery driver even helped us place it in its intended area. Excellent customer service from Adam throughout. When we bought a bookcase that would be big enough to hold our A4 box files the one we originally selected was no longer available. Adam emailed to suggest other alternatives, one of those we ended up buying and the change in our order was processed the same day.
We needed to replace the chairs we use in our counselling rooms, training room and 1 - 1 rooms with chairs that were easy to keep covid safe. The colour we purchased worked well with the ethos of Hamoaze House. The ordering procedure was excellent, as we needed to have a pro-forma invoice up front, which was handled very quickly. Delivery was excellent. All in all a very good experience.

We were looking for some replacement chairs for our coffee shop. We chose some from the more affordable end of the range but when they arrived they looked very sturdy and capable of standing up to the hard life that they will inevitably get. Good company to deal with. Very competitive pricing. We have used them on a couple of occasions, for the purchase of 100 chairs and a storage cabinet. On both occasions the goods were delivered on the predicted dates by very helpful carriers. In the case of the chairs a small flaw in one of the seat fabrics was swiftly dealt with and a replacement sent. No hesitation in using them again.
