I placed an order for some shelving, and we are very happy with both the product and customer service. Andy was a great help throughout, suggesting ways to tailor the shelving to our needs. We had fitters come to install it, and they were efficient, and checked we were happy with it at stages along the way (we ended up needed to readjust the heights of the shelves which was no problem for them). The product itself is good quality - would recommend!
