The PG Instruments AA we purchased gave us nothing but issues. PG Instruments were not easy to work with and refused to honor the warranty.For over a year we have complied with every step of the refund process with Steve Earthy & PG Instruments. They refuse to refund money for their sub-standard equipment that is under warranty. They claim "Made in the UK" but the AA systems are actually only assembled there all the parts are from China.
