In a world where these giant companies are increasingly unhelpful with the broken equipment you’re paying for, Jamie and his company came to the rescue when I was without a working phone on my trip to England. Super easy to contact and communicate with, efficient service and such a kind manner. I was able to pick up a rental phone and cable for a reasonable price and the drop off was convenient too, I just had to box it and leave it at a hotel reception before getting on a flight so that it could be picked up by a courier. You can’t do much without a smart phone these days.
