Our Charity required a platform lift to have installed into a Grade 11* listed stately home we had raised the funding to restore and turn into a large, welcoming community Centre in the East of Cardiff, South Wales.This ancient stately home, with a history dating back to the 1500’s required thoughtful restoration in order to preserve its notable history, whilst ensuring accessibility for everyone over 3 floors.As part of the refurbishment we contacted several lift suppliers and choose Platinum Lifts.The platform lift has been regularly serviced since it’s installation in 2018, and is used on a daily basis, is fully accessible to meet all needs and continues to be a welcome addition to our upgraded community facilities.
Rob has a vast amount of experience, and must be the nicest lift installer in the country!
Laura at Platinum Lifts is super helpful! I email Laura plenty times a week requesting quotes, she responds to my email near enough straight away to inform me that spare parts quotes will be with us shortly; the quote always arrives within 6-12 hours! We are always happy to work with Platinum!
