This company has been awful a paying a refund for a failed repair to our fridge freezer. We were promised a refund of £214.86 on April 8th and despite repeated phone calls this has still not been paid. They have not returned calls about the issue despite repeated promises to do so, and the one message they left said the money would be refunded the next day and they would call to confirm this once it was done. No money and no call. They charge top price for repairs, so beware they clearly have a policy of not refunding if they fail and hoping you just go away if they ignore you long enough.
