These guys were the quickest to reply to my online quote, and they were reasonably priced. But the best part was how clean our coffee stained mattress came up we were all surprised. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. I will be using these guys for all my rental properties going forward.
Amazing service! The carpet cleaning has been done on a very high standard and the price was reasonable. After the service we have received a feedback how the carpet has been washed and what was its condition. The staff is very friendly and professional!! I called Prolux and booked a full interior car cleaning and they sent me someone the next day the customer service is amazing so friendly and so assuringonce they arrived the only thing I had to do is give them access to a socket and then sit on the couch and relaxI had my car cleaned and I just can't describe it. It's really really really nice looks like brand new I already made another booking for my carpet at home.If you want a proper clean then from my experience call Prolux.
I had the carpet in the front bedroom cleaned today. Chris kept me informed of arrival times and was very polite and informative and willing to share tips to maintain the carpet. Within 40 minutes the unsightly coffee stain was removed and I was left with an ultra-clean freshly scented bedroom carpet. I will definitely recommend this service and will use again.
Enquired online for a refresh of 2x 2 seater sofas. Received a call from i believe his name was Sami. Explained all i need to know quoted me a price and we booked a visit. Ivor arrived dead on time. Happy polite young man. Showed him the sofas and he got to work. Sofas look as good as new. Thank you Ivor. With no hesitation we will use again. Great website and easy booking.
First time customer and wasn't disappointed with the service. Very professional and good communication via emails and phone to confirm booking. Everything went well with our appointment to clean our carpets from Petko arriving on time to doing a first class job without rushing. And price quoted was the price we paid which was fantastic without any hard sell either. Will certainly recommend to friends and relatives as my experience was good as it gets.
From calling to book through til end of appointment this company were fantastic. I had to change the date once which was not an issue at all. Ibrahim was very professional and arrived bang on start time. He unloaded and explained the process and wore shoe covers the whole time, courteously. The cleaning was excellent and tidy and my carpet and mattress are all refreshed.
Excellent experience with ProLux cleaners. I had spilt and entire milk pint in the back of my boot and it smelled terrible for days. I spent hours and money trying to clean it with all sorts of products but nothing worked. Finally I called ProLux and they sorted me right out!! They used a steam cleaner and special anti-bacterial cleaner to get it all out!! Smells like new :) Bobbi, the technician was delightful and so efficient. His service was professional and friendly. I highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Tisho was very conscientious and did a marvellous job. Arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and the carpet looked brand new when he was done. The office team are super friendly and helpful, and their services are excellent value for money. Brilliant service. Bobi was very efficient and the oven is now incredibly clean. He took all the rubbish with him as well so there was no mess left in my kitchen.

Our car had been broken into while we were away and quanrantined so got mould. It was upsetting as you can imagine to find it that way. The guy that came was really lovely and worked incredibly hard on the car. It was a really good result and we look forward to using them again for our carpets.

Hi there! I’m amazed with the work those guys from ProLux Cleaning have done. I wanted to sell my house fora long time, but unfortunately no success .Till the day I decided to host an open house. I needed someone to clean my house immediately with all its carpets, couches, sofas, matrasses and the oven. So I looked up on the internet, and found ProLux Cleaning. I called them instantly, the lady on the phone was very polite and explained everything to me. About the fabrics of the carpets and the other furniture, prices and time required to get everything done. So on the next day a guy from ProLux Cleaning came, he looked nice and courteous. I decided to left him on his own and do what he has to do. I came back a couple of hours later, well I didn’t expect that when I entered. I have never seen my house like this. Everything looked brand new. My old couch was shining, the carpets had color again, the oven was brilliant and the matrasses, the air felt different, fresh. And of course the open house was a success and I did sell my house. Thank you ProLux Cleaning for everything you’ve done.

Extremely satisfied with the carpet steam cleaning service. My carpets were very dirty with ground-in dirt and stains, now they look like new! The man was professional and methodical, scrubbing each room with stain remover and then deep steam cleaning. Very good prices too: I had the carpets in my whole two-bedroom house professionally cleaned for £95 which is only fractionally more than it would have cost to hire the equipment and do it myself. I recommend this company highly.

Actually you might remember me, I talked to John for the booking and Nicole about the payment earlier today – you cleaned my bedroom carpet and most importantly – my memory foam mattress! I want to let you know that the young gentleman that came to my house in WD6 (10:00 am today – Thursday 16th) did a terrific job – he managed to remove all the nasty stains from my £900 mattress! Hello, I would like to express my satisfaction from the services that ProLux Cleaning provides. I own a yacht and believe me, without the proper skills and equipment is very hard to keep everything clean and straight. I have carpets and leather upholstery all over, so imagine every time there's water everywhere, fish flakes and everything else you can think of. It’s so hard to find someone to get the job done these days. I tried different companies, but no result. And then one day I found ProLux Cleaning. I contacted them right away. The girl on the line told me everything I wanted to know, she sounded very nice and polite. We made an appointment, the guy came on time. He looked professional and kind. He explained to me the plan he has, and I left him to proceed. He was ready with everything I asked for in a such short time. It was so nice to see my yacht like this. He cleaned all the carpets, they looked like new. Everything was so bright and shiny, like day I bought them. I couldn't believe my eyes, so much money and time wasted in other companies that didn't made the half of what ProLux Cleaning did. From start to finish the Prolux service was efficient, helpful, quick and reassuring! I'd had an issue with a motor oil spillage in my car, but they reassured me they could help and I am extremely pleased with the result. I was simply expecting them to help with the stain, but i received full cleaning of the carpets, seats and interiors of my car for an extremely competitive price. I would definitely recommend their services!
Bobby came to clean my sofas, curtains and dining room chairs. Super nice guy. But more important - he did a brilliant job. I did NOT expect anywhere near the clean quality that I received. Made me realize that I've been using the wrong company until now. Thanks guys. I will be using you again.
Absolutely fantastic, I cannot rate them highly enough They arrived when they said they would, communicated perfectly beforehand, they were professional curious and friendly. But higher than all of that they made my car look like new!!!! They got rid of stains in the seats and the car looks and smells like new. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again if I needed to. Brilliant!

Really professional company with an absolutely amazing Carpet Steam Cleaner named Kosta. He is a legend, made my carpet nearly brand new again! He was so good I used the company again for my recent house move. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will definitely be using them (an hopefully Kosta) again!
Hi everyone! I wanted to write for so long, to tell you how good ProLux are in everything they do. I’ve never thought about using cleaning services, but it came along eventually. I hosted a party after Valentine's Day, it was successful and actually pretty good. But red wine and lots of rose petals were involved so the result wasn't good at all. The rose petals left many red stains on my carpets and red wine was all over my sofa. So I've decided to call someone because the stains wouldn't get out. I searched on-line and ProLux was the most trustful I guessed. Called them, spoke a while with a very friendly lady and we made an appointment. A man came the next day, I showed him the damaged areas and left him to do his magic. And believe me, it was really magic. I was so surprised, couldn’t believe my eyes! When I got home I was wondering if this was my house. The man made all the stains gone. My sofa and carpets were like new! Didn’t expect that! No sign of dirt to anything else on them. They looked like from a "fine living" magazine. I will definitely use ProLux again, and recommending them to everyone. Quick, professional and cheap, this is what they are and what they do! Thank you once again ProLux for everything!
