Up to the point of order customer service by sales was excellent. We initially ordered two chairs for our newly created worship area and was told if they were ordered as samples they should come through quicker as they were require for the 15th January 2022. The 15th came and went without any information from Rosehill. To date, 6th May 2022, we are still waiting. It seems the chairs are made in Poland which wasn't mentioned at any point. Emails and telephone messages go unanswered. When you do get through you are told they are waiting for confirmation from the factory so they will be in touch in a day of so, they never get back!This company is without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 35 years + in the design and fitting out of interiors. I have recently told them a refund is required or legal proceedings will be seriously considered.
