Hi William,Just wanted to say thanks for your help last week when we had a vehicle stolen whilst the driver was making a delivery.The Safetrac system was invaluable in allowing me to track the vehicle in real time whilst liaising with the police to keep them informed of where the vehicle was and the direction it was heading. Unfortunately the police were unable to apprehend the thieves this time as the delay in getting the information from the control room to local officers meant the vehicle had been parked and left by the time they got there. However thanks to Safetrac the police were able to recover the vehicle before it had been used for any illegal purposes or had been stripped down or destroyed and without it I doubt we would have had any chance at all to recover the vehicle.I would also especially like extend my thanks to yourself for the personal help you gave me over the phone whilst we were tracking the vehicle, it was appreciated that you took the time out to help
