Emailed several times with an enquiry and only one response saying sorry they hadn’t replied and then still don’t reply. Five emails later I’m giving up , they are obviously far too busy even for common courtesy. Very disappointed

Having left an excellent review for this company for the sales, we now have a leak on a radiator and upon contacting them we have been promised several phone calls back to us but they have never happened, we always have to keep calling them, so we have to say we find the after sales service to be non existent.
I have never encountered such a dreadful company to deal with. I ordered two radiator towel rails and they took nearly six months to arrive. I was promised and promised and promised call backs and I never EVER got one. Awful customer service, embarrassing service in general. Avoid like the plague, truly dreadful.
I recently ordered some radiators and thermostatic valves through Simply Radiators. Tony took the time to walk me through my choices and then helped me to find great alternatives when it was clear we would have to wait for special sizes to be made in another brand. When the order hit a hiccup Tony went beyond the call of duty to get me my order the morning my plumbers were scheduled to arrive to fit them. I was very pleased with the service.
We found Simply Radiators to be very very efficient and most helpful in working out our needs.Fantastic service, would definitely use them again.
