Since moving to the OSS Group for our hazardous waste disposal we have been delighted with the service that we have received. Our business development manager has been really helpful, when we were setting up and he took control of the amount of waste bins that were required and still to this day he still monitors our waste collection frequency to ensure we never have a problem.
Having clean solvent all the time in our parts washer was the major reason as to why we chose the OSS parts washer and cancelled the contract on our previous machine. Fast and efficient turn around on the wind turbine and industrial transmission gearboxes we work on is our customers main demand and the OSS machine means we are never waiting on having our parts washer serviced. On top of that they collect all the waste oil we accumulate from the gearboxes and rebate us for it, which goes a long way towards the rental costs of our machine.
From the very first meeting, to the current service levels they provide our 8 sites, we have found them to be extremely professional, helpful & friendly. All their staff act professionally and offer great advice when dealing with environmental issue that we encounter.
