In my experience SCE are the best in their field, I always go to SCE for technical advice, which they will happily give (even if it is not related to equipment/services they have installed and or provided). Their response times regarding equipment issues (if you have them) are very good and they always carry out any works professionally and safely.

Firstly, I’d like to thank your engineers for their efforts over the last two weekends. They were a pleasure to work with, working safely and to plan throughout.
I had two of your engineers attend site for a planned repair last week and the way they conducted the tasks they were undertaking was spot on, from the initial site meet to filling out the POWRA and setting up the working area. I asked one of your engineers to pop over to PCO with me and walk a client through a step by step method statement you have provided for exiting the crane and again it was very detailed.
I can honestly say I enjoy the interactions [with customer services], and always have a smile.The friendliness of the individuals and their passion to give the best service is really nice, you all do everything you can to help anyone. I felt that this has not been voiced and would like to let you know that you are appreciated very much.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the team at SCE for your excellent service and support over the last 12 months, moving to SCE was a positive move for this contract and this shows with the monthly results.
It’s not often that contractors get praise here but I thought it was worthwhile mentioning and feeding back to you that the team managed to repair 3 crane pendants and also replace a harness and get 4 cranes back into service today. It was a great effort and your team deserves credit for getting the final crane up and running that needed the harness replacing, by using initiative to check all stores for spares and get this repaired.
I would just like to pass on my sincere thanks for a job well done yesterday, it was a pleasure to work with your guys, they came with all the right equipment, the right attitude and just got on with the job in a safe manner.
Firstly, let me express my deep appreciation for arranging the emergency engineer to attend site to inspect our main crane following a piece of light metal falling from it on Friday afternoon.
