We used this service to do an inventory for new tenants renting a house and they were very professional and thorough. Quick service and easy to use online to add comments and signatures then save a pdf copy.

Really efficient and effective service. We went for the check in and check out deal and TI did both as soon as we asked and very thoroughly with photos of everything possible! We were able to easily compare before and after and the comments in the check out document helped to objectively highlight to both tenant and landlord what was reasonable wear & tear and what wasn’t. Highly recommend.

Sebastian and his colleague provided a great service for our Inventory & Schedule of Condition. He booked us in very quickly even though we left it a little last minute, and his colleague was very easy to work with on the day. After they sent the inventory over I noticed a few details that needed changing and Sebastian made the changes within a couple of hours which I was very grateful for. I'd happily use this company again in the future.
