Automatic Choice for Total Fitness Health Club Ltd

Opened in 1993, Total Fitness Health Club Ltd now has 17 health clubs across the North of England and Wales, with over 100,000 members and 600 employees. To update four pairs of manual swing doors at the health club in Wilmslow, which over time had become tired looking and cumbersome after years of wear and tear and replace them with automatic doors to create a welcoming, contact-free entrance for members and staff.
As the entrance to the health club was too narrow for sliding doors, four pairs of record FTA 20 bi-folding doors were installed to enable the full width to be almost fully retained and provide the perfect solution for Total Fitness.The slim, elegant doors are now in keeping with the outside look of the health club and provide a smooth, hassle-free entry to all members, especially those carrying sports equipment, with disabilities or small children in tow.
As no contact is required to open the doors, this also helps prevent the spread of bacteria entering the building via door handles, ensuring a healthy environment for everyone.
