Atrocious service by Acrow. They took a week to tell me my product was ready. During this time a lot of the products were left in plastic buckets with no drainage and are now in no better condition than before they were sent in.The 'sales manager' threatened me with legal action if I viewed my opinions on social media and called me pathetic. Excellent customer service!They are unwilling to rectify the situation. Many in the car restoration world galvanize for aesthetic purposes and as such I would highly recommend that you avoid this company as your product will come out no better than it went in and you will be called pathetic if you dare to comment that you are going to warn others.
They do a lot of work for us, we do find that they bend over backwards for us.
Turnaround is good, and everyone is very responsive to requests.
Have nothing to complain about. We get a good finish in quick time and cannot fault the transport service, it arrives as and when they say it will.
